PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

MINIMA always attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, MINIMA does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by MINIMA itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition so we can issue the refund to the same method of payment you use during checkout, in the event that such is not possible due to circumstances out of our control, like changing banks etc., we could get to an agreement to refund the money in a form both parties agree on, for example PayPal transactions or a store credit.

SHIPPING, PAYMENTS & RETURNS

All of our items are available for shipping in the United States including the territories of Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands. The terms of delivery will vary depending on the delivery carrier and MINIMA is not in control over shipping delays caused by circumstances out of our control. Shipping prices are available at the time of checkout and our clients are free to choose whichever they find more convenient for them from the carriers available in our list.

Returns

We hope you love your new MINIMA product, but in case something isn’t quite perfect we’re here to help. If you would like to exchange your order for something else or receive a refund, simply return it within 30 days of the delivery date. Just contact us via email and explain why you would like to return the product and we'll gladly guide you through a hassle free process.

All items purchased from MINIMA are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
